Restructuring Global SAP Solutions: System Consolidation, SLO, Data Harmonization, Migration

Workshop & management forum for successful Corporate Business Solution Management with SAP software

With customer stories from the corporate sector:
Customer Business Cases

Globalization brings with it the need for companies to manage their activities strategically and with the entire company in mind. They face the challenge of establishing standardized structures within which business models can be managed in a holistic and constructive manner. There is a need for global solutions that enable leaner, more cost-efficient operations with a greater focus on value creation.

Within the global SAP solution environment, the challenge of restructuring is twofold: On the one hand, lasting, standardized structures must be created to underpin global business with SAP as the solution platform. On the other, standardized routines must be defined for recurring SAP restructuring activities and processes in order to maximize the speed at which change can be effected.

What correlation exists between restructuring, standardization, and globalization?

How can companies go about systematically identifying a restructuring strategy suited to their needs? How can they take a methodical approach to arriving at a tailored concept for SAP standardization, harmonization, and consolidation?

Which characteristics of restructuring in SAP projects should be taken into consideration?

Which processes, tools, and experience accelerate SAP restructuring projects, promote cost reduction goals, and ensure the consolidation of SAP solutions within the company?
