Participation fee:
For information about attendance fees, please refer to the invitation leaflet. It includes, along with the lectures, the conference documentation, refreshments during the breaks, and lunch. Travel and possible accommodation costs or other expenses are not included in the conference fee.

Cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge will only be possible if received in writing by the closing date. The full conference fee will be charged for cancellations received after this date. It will be possible for a substitute participant to take part in the conference instead of the person originally registered. Please let us know any alterations in writing.
