SAP OpS: SAP Operation and/or Support

The SAP OpS complete package is interesting for you if:

- Initial audit of the SAP systems to be operated

- Support kick-off
(Agreement/development of SAP backup concept, risk management, support organization) - Proactive monitoring of the system landscape
(network, hardware, operating system, database, SAP application(s)) - Weekly system audit including status report
- Regular implementation of critical patches (security/stability)
- Monthly performance audit
- SAP support (9-5 8h response time) according to the effort required (2nd, 3rd level)
What’s more, you can add the following optional packages:
- Enhanced SLAs (4h response time or customer-specific agreement possible)
- Support queries package (50/100/150… queries a year)
