S/4HANA Upgrade-Factory

The Upgrade Factory is intended specifically for users of small SAP ERP systems wanting to implement a 1:1 upgrade to SAP S/4HANA as far as possible (brownfield conversion). The S/4HANA Upgrade Factory can complete various elements of the upgrade, depending on the customer’s own resources. We work with the customer to define an upgrade path that permits rapid and reliable transformation of the system.

Authorizations

Over time, existing authorization concepts tend to proliferate. The number of errors increases, necessitating a makeover.

We can support this by carrying out an Authorization Health Check, allowing you to identify any critical issues even before the auditors. We also help with ongoing maintenance and system audits and can help you redesign and extend roles and authorizations within SAP S/4HANA projects.

Testing

Testing SAP functions and processes is a time-consuming task that ties up departmental capacities. Recurring tests in particular are more of a necessary evil rather than a value-add for testers.

At our test factory, we complete the tests for the customer, delivering test and error logs, managing bug fixing, and completing all the acceptance readiness activities, leaving only final acceptance to the business department.

Training

We offer training in two areas:

  1. Training during ongoing operations for new end users, on new processes, or user training to refresh SAP knowledge. We ensure that end users are able to use the SAP system properly.
  2. Project enablement training in new areas (GTS, MDG, or even SAP S/4HANA, for instance) for your project team. We offer a complete training curriculum for SAP S/4HANA. However, we are also happy to provide training for end users.
