Application Management Services

In cases where the operation of one or more SAP applications is to be outsourced, cbs offers fully comprehensive application management with service desk and incident management, problem management, change management and service request management. Our service management ensures consistently high service quality. By means of a standardized procedure within the scope of the transition, we ensure that we are familiar with both the support processes and the SAP systems of our customers and can take over the service in full within the shortest possible time.

Application Process Management

In times of a shortage of skilled workers, it is becoming increasingly difficult to fill internal positions. We can help you with the technical issues with Experts on Demand or Application Management Services or, in the case of projects, with our consulting services. However, this does not usually cover all tasks. An Application Process Manager is the contact person for the business department. Together, process optimizations are designed and implementation is planned. The actual implementation is monitored and set live. If necessary, parallel projects are coordinated. If required, additional tasks are taken on.
