Consulting Directors Benjamin Krischer and Henning Krug join executive team alongside returnee Michael Hertel 

 

Heidelberg, February, 21st, 2022cbs expands its management level. Benjamin Krischer and Henning Krug have already been part of the management team of the Heidelberg-based consulting company since the beginning of the year. Now, Michael Hertel is joining the leadership team. Both Consulting Directors Krischer and Krug have been with the company for many years and are among the most experienced consultants of the Heidelberg-based global player. Both have worked as project managers and program managers for numerous well-known industrial customers worldwide. Michael Hertel returned to cbs from the Rohde & Schwarz technology group on February 1. He had already worked for the consultancy as Consulting Director from 2004 to 2016. In addition to CEO Rainer Wittwen and Managing Directors Stefan Risse and Holger Scheel, the management team also includes Markus Geib, Oliver Dorsner and Jürgen Remmert.

Benjamin Krischer holds a degree in business administration and has been working in the Landscape Transformation unit at cbs since 2010. The Westphalian was instrumental in the further development of the strategic business unit, initially as Senior Manager for the Finance area, and since 2015 as Consulting Director for the entire business unit.

Henning Krug also comes from North Rhine-Westphalia. He joined cbs in 2007 as a trainee after completing his Master’s degree in International Business in Maastricht (Netherlands). He was then involved in major globalization projects in South America, India and Russia, both as a consultant and as a project manager. Today, he is head of the ERP business unit, responsible for S/4 projects, and global rollouts.

SAP expert Michael Hertel is no stranger to cbs. Until five years ago, he worked for cbs as Consulting Director from the Munich location. Most recently, as global application manager at Rohde & Schwarz (13,000 employees, 2.3 billion euros in sales), a technology specialist headquartered in Munich, he was responsible for setting up and modernizing the entire division on a global scale and taking the employees along with him during this transformation.
