Lisa Symonds joined cbs Americas in 2020 after building up her expertise over the course of nearly a decade in Project, Change, Test, and Cutover Management. Her professional background is rooted in diverse international project types across several industries, giving her a broad perspective on end-to-end transformation delivery. At cbs, she initially led the setup of the Project Management Office and played a key role in its evolution into today’s Transformation Practice. This organization now provides integrated delivery support across Project Management, Change and Training, Testing, Cutover, and Business Process Management.
Since 2021, Lisa has been based in Seattle, Washington, where she enjoys the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family—whether kayaking on the lake, hiking through national parks, or soaking in the hustle and bustle of the vibrant urban areas around the city.
