Further efforts surrounding M&amp;A advisory, interfaces, and the integration of the existing GE Current a Daintree company business were led by Fission Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;An ERP implementation goes beyond being just an IT project, especially when facing M&amp;A scenarios,&#8221; stated Mark LeClair, chief information officer at Current. &#8220;This is why it\u2019s important to work with companies who have the right people and tools. The cbs Enterprise Transformer software enabled the successful system to split, and subsequent migration to the RISE cloud.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This project had one of the most aggressive timelines I\u2019ve seen,&#8221; said Lorenz Praefcke, CEO of cbs Corporate Business Solutions. &#8220;I was a bit worried at first, especially considering this was an S\/4HANA on-prem to S\/4HANA RISE Cloud carve-out. I\u2019m pretty sure this project type had never been done before. At least not in this manner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;52px&#8221;][dhsv_vc_quote avatar=&#8221;55349&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The cbs team was flexible and customer-focused. They were very easy to work with.<\/p>\n<p>[\/dhsv_vc_quote][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;42px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Due to the TSA in place between Current and Hubbell, there was a very short runway to carve out the relevant systems from the seller\u2019s IT environment. This left very little margin for error considering all the moving pieces and parties involved in making this happen. Leveraging software with prebuilt, automated capabilities helped meet the deadline.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a pleasure working with a company that understands the relationships between business processes and IT,&#8221; noted LeClair. &#8220;The cbs team was flexible and customer-focused, working with the various teams on an eye level, ensuring everyone was on track to meet the deadline. They were very easy to work with, and their partnership with Fission helped ensure we were covered end-to-end.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>cbs ET Enterprise Transformer was used as standard software for holistic SAP data transformation.
