The IT service and consulting company transforms, digitizes, and integrates HR processes with forward-looking HR\/IT strategies, even across multiple systems. Employing state-of-the-art working methods and technologies, the company makes its customers\u2019 HR processes fit for the future, putting HR in the driving seat of transformation within the company. Through this acquisition, cbs is significantly expanding its expertise in this area and becoming a full-service HXM provider. Human Experience Management (HXM) is the next generation of HCM solution, putting the employee experience front and center of modern HR work.<\/p>\n<p>cbs\u2019 goal is to become one of the top SAP partners for HXM in the DACH region.
