Space for Exchange

Our culture thrives on encounters, which is why we do everything we can to promote both professional and personal exchange with targeted programs and framework conditions. Through cbs-wide networking, we strengthen our cohesion and our problem-solving expertise.

Our network enables a company-wide exchange of knowledge and experience, which opens up individual further training opportunities for you, even beyond the Competence Centers.

Kickoff Events

Our team events strengthen cohesion and promote communication between colleagues from different departments. From joint outdoor activities to creative workshops, we offer a variety of formats that support both professional and personal dialogue.

These events create a relaxed atmosphere in which new ideas can emerge and existing working relationships can be deepened.

Summer Summits

Once a year, the entire cbs community comes together for two days of training, further education and a joint summer party. Colleagues from all over the world came together, including Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, the USA, Singapore and Malaysia.

The Summer Summit consists of the Competence Day, a day dedicated to further training with all Business Units and Competence Centers, the Summer Party and the Corporate Summit, which focuses on news about the cbs Group.

Holiday Parties

Traditional end-of-year event: The cbs holiday party is an integral part of the corporate culture and traditionally takes place in December. In 2024, it was celebrated with a review of the successful year and a strategic outlook for 2025, complemented by a cocktail course in a relaxed atmosphere.
