NEXT ONE: cbs announces seven Innovation Award winners whose projects are generating genuine added value for customers
Heidelberg, August 9, 2023 – At its Summer Summit, cbs Corporate Business Solutions gave official recognition to a selection of innovative flagship projects. The Heidelberg company’s business concept relies on innovation. The innovative energy of its consultants is what keeps cbs moving forward. In recognition of this, every year cbs rewards special commitment in this area with the Innovation Award. This time, the team led by Hendrik Sander and Roland Werp won the cbs Innovation Award in the First Mover category. The experts implemented the new data management solution SAP Datasphere for Finnish chemicals company Kemira, enabling many new features such as real-time queries and self-service readiness for business users. The cbs project team that implemented the global business transformation at Kemira also received a Lighthouse Award.
The other awards went to the product data transformation platform for household appliance manufacturer Miele, an automated warehouse management app for Gates Corporation, cross-system order tracking management for sports brand Puma, the e-reporting cockpit of the cbs e-invoicing team for government communications in Romania, and selective data transformation to SAP S/4HANA for American meat processing company JBS Foods.
Leveraging the latest technologies, business models, concepts, and methods to create innovative customer solutions has always been the driving force behind cbs. Innovation is key to this.
