Heidelberg, May 18, 2021 – On its successful growth path, cbs Corporate Business Solutions – an international consulting firm for digital transformation and enterprise-wide solutions – has expanded its corporate management. In addition to Harald Sulovsky as CEO, Rainer Wittwen, Holger Scheel and Stefan Risse are now managing directors of cbs Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung GmbH, based in Heidelberg.
In 2025, cbs aims to generate a quarter of a billion US dollars in revenue with 1,000 consultants in international markets and new industries. Harald Sulovsky, founder and CEO: “The profitable growth of cbs and our 2025 vision place new demands on the company’s management. The intensive cooperation and division of tasks with the three new managing directors is consistent and important for the further global business development of cbs.”
The ambitious goals are linked to high demand in the core business: enterprise-wide business process solutions (ONE Digital Enterprise) for medium-sized corporations and hidden champions in manufacturing industries, as well as software-driven transformation solutions (Enterprise Transformation Solutions) for major global SAP customers. “Digital transformation and core process platform change are key challenges for our customers. cbs delivers the design of global, digital end-to-end business processes in hybrid system landscapes. In addition, the company’s own innovative standard software, the cbs ET Enterprise Transformer®, opens up further market potential,” says Sulovsky.
Rainer Wittwen, a member of the management team at cbs since 2010, has in-depth experience in management consulting for global change projects in the industrial customer environment. “cbs is a strategic consultant for global market leaders in the manufacturing industries – we deliver high quality consulting and work with our customers shoulder-to-shoulder, with a passion for enterprise-wide business process solutions,” says Wittwen. “Over the next few years, cbs intends to expand this internationally established business into global market leadership.”
Holger Scheel, a member of the cbs management team since 2009, represents the market perspective for customer-focused solutions and services. “The successful growth of cbs is based on long-standing and cooperative relationships with more than 300 active customers today. We combine consulting, best practice and software for mission-critical business projects and complex transformations. On this broad basis, we will expand our market presence globally and increase our market penetration in the core business,” emphasises the managing director.
Stefan Risse, a member of the management team at cbs since 2014, combines specialist consulting expertise for SAP products with quality leadership across software generations from R/2 to S/4. “cbs supports international rollout strategies for global businesses,” says Risse. As a business information scientist and consultant, he deals with innovative technology solutions – Digital Architecture / Cloud, Customer Experience (including Salesforce) and Global Trade Services are examples of how cbs develops new business areas from consulting products.
“cbs is already positioned with a highly relevant portfolio for today’s market requirements,” explains Harald Sulovsky: “We help manufacturing companies to optimise and digitise their business processes across the company.” The new SAP programme ‘RISE with SAP’ stands for Business Transformation-as-a-service – “and confirms cbs’ corporate concept of delivering corporate business solutions company-wide and worldwide, with a comprehensive portfolio, as a strong partner of SAP and independent consultant for industrial customers,” explains the CEO.
