Your way to us

Step 01
Apply Online
Find a suitable vacancy and apply directly online – simply upload all application documents (cover letter, CV and relevant certificates) via our application form. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your application arrives.
No suitable vacancy? Unsolicited applications are always welcome: career.dach@cbs-consulting.de
Step 02
Preselection & Initial Contact
Our recruiting team reviews your application documents. If your submission convinces us, you will be invited to a short information interview with a recruiter to answer your initial questions – after which your profile is forwarded to the relevant department.
Step 03
Telephone Interview
Where applicable, we conduct a ~30-minute telephone or Microsoft Teams interview prior to the personal meeting. This is an initial exchange about your experience and qualifications, with open questions clarified promptly on both sides.
Step 04
Personal Interview

Congratulations! We look forward to meeting you in person. Participants include managers, specialist colleagues and optionally a recruiter. You will gain a clear insight into cbs’s service portfolio, the role and your future working environment.

At the close of the interview, we agree on next steps together – feedback timing, a further meeting, or directly discussing contract details.

Step 05
Contract & Offer
You have convinced us! We will reach out promptly by phone to discuss the next steps personally. Our HR colleagues will then send you your employment contract and keep you informed throughout the final stages.

Preliminary Information

Before your first day you receive all necessary work equipment and access credentials. Where possible, you will already meet some colleagues in advance.

Welcome Day

At the start of each month we host a Welcome Day covering company info, our consulting portfolio, corporate culture and helpful tools. Currently held virtually.
