Find a suitable job and apply online

You can find our current vacancies on our online job exchange in the careers section of the website.

Have you found an interesting job?

Then apply directly online by simply uploading all application documents (cover letter, CV and relevant certificates) in our application form.

As soon as we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Don’t see a suitable position? Then you can also send us an unsolicited application by e-mail.

Review of the documents and first info interview

In the first step of our application process, the recruiting team reviews your application documents.

If we are convinced by your submissions, you will receive an invitation to a short information interview with a recruiter.

This interview is intended to answer your initial questions.

After that, it is forwarded to the department.

If necessary, we will conduct a 30-minute telephone interview or Microsoft team interview in advance of the personal introductory meeting. During the telephone interview/team meeting, we will have an initial exchange about your experience and qualifications. Open questions can be clarified promptly and essential information can be provided by us.

Congratulations on your personal interview!

We look forward to meeting you in person and talking to you directly to find out more about you, your previous activities and professional knowledge. We will give you an insight into the range of services offered by cbs, the area of responsibility and the working environment. Participants in this interview are managers, colleagues and optionally a recruiter.

At the end of the interview, we agree on a retention with regard to the further procedure of the application process (for example, timing of the final feedback, agreement on a further interview, clarification of contract details, etc.).

We will give you feedback promptly and usually contact you by phone to discuss the next steps in the recruitment process with you personally. Our colleagues in the HR department will then send you your employment contract and inform you about the next steps.

You have successfully completed the application process? Congratulations!

For us, a smooth start includes more than just the Welcome Day. It is important to us that you get to know cbs as a development platform right from the start.


To ensure that everything runs smoothly on your first day, you will receive information about your first day at work and the relevant access data in addition to the necessary work equipment. If necessary, you will get to know your first colleagues in advance.

At the beginning of each month, we provide important initial information in the so-called Welcome Day to help you find your way around and make your start as comfortable as possible. This includes general information about the company and the consulting portfolio, facts & figures about cbs, our corporate culture and helpful tools.

Currently, the introductory event takes place virtually.

Induction is a key phase. To ensure optimal induction, there are individual induction plans. This ensures the transfer of the necessary cbs-specific know-how.

The aim is for every employee to be accompanied through the first steps in the cbs world, be it a new hire or a development to the next career step. We have a sponsor and mentor concept for this. From the first day, an experienced colleague is available to answer individual questions.
