Kemira transformed its entire SAP landscape to the cloud based on the SAP Intelligent Enterprise architecture in just 15 months. The project simultaneously included the S/4HANA transformation, finance restructuring, SAP Datasphere as an Enterprise Data Warehouse, Digital Data Excellence, and the migration to the SAP Integration Suite. The new platform enables data-driven business models, globally standardized processes, real-time analytics, as well as efficient finance and HR operations.
In order to reestablish a product-oriented structure, it was necessary to split the service division into three segments in the same SAP system. The engine to the successful transformation was cbs’ own standard software, ET Enterprise Transformer.
