JBS, the world’s largest protein producer, successfully migrated a third of its US business to SAP S/4HANA, utilising cbs’ Enterprise Transformer (ET) for a seamless transition with minimal downtime. This strategic move impacted more than 60 legal entities in North America, enhancing their system with a lean configuration of two years of transactional data, more than 50 key innovations, including 120 FIORI apps, and a move to BW/4HANA for advanced analytics.

The transition was completed with minimal disruption to business operations and represents an important milestone on the road to digital transformation.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud was successfully implemented within 11 months in a production plant for battery casings, which is an integral part of a gigafactory of a renowned US OEM. The changeover took place without interrupting production, while existing automation processes were further expanded. Core processes such as purchasing, warehousing and production are now highly automated and enable continuous production in 24/7 operation.
