In 2019, Tony embraced the opportunity to help establish cbs America, contributing to its company culture, brand, and reputation. His earlier experience at Hewlett-Packard, then home to the world’s largest IT organization, and at BMW, one of the most respected global brands, prepared him for the challenge and excitement of a start-up environment.
With 17 years dedicated to SAP technology and business process improvement, Tony has held roles ranging from Analyst, Developer, and Functional Lead to Project Manager, Senior Manager, and Director. He values the insight that comes from building from the ground up— an approach that reflects both his career journey and his time at cbs America.
Today, Tony serves on the leadership team, guiding the ERP practice while supporting sales, delivery, and team development. He appreciates the comradery in working under pressure alongside driven, like-minded colleagues— opportunities the consulting field offers almost daily. For him, lasting success is built on two principles: understanding the customer’s perspective and treating people with genuine respect.
