Business transformations and innovation projects drive global business. 20 percent growth and sales of 298.5 million US Dollars.
Kuala Lumpur, March 25, 2025 – In an increasingly tense macroeconomic environment, cbs Corporate Business Solutions continues to post excellent figures. The global player is entering its anniversary year 2025, in which it will celebrate 30 years in the consulting market, with a strong tailwind
cbs once again increased its revenue by 20% compared to the previous year – despite the noticeable weakness in growth in the industry, which continues to drive investment in digital transformation as a key future-critical capability in a controlled manner. The management consultancy benefits from its global positioning and holistic consulting services for IT-driven business transformations in the SAP environment and generated revenue of US Dollars 298.5 million (previous year: 249 million).
Geopolitical tensions, trade conflicts, high energy costs, climate change, bureaucratic hurdles and a shortage of skilled workers – the causes of the crisis in the leading industrial sectors are complex. At the same time, the strategic and technological tasks facing manufacturing companies remain the same. The challenge is to drive innovation and transformation in the right balance and to achieve this with a resilient implementation strategy that establishes a uniform, intelligent and flexible business process platform worldwide. Ambitious company-wide solutions must be created, and transformation projects must be set up as precisely as possible so that the customer’s capabilities and the organization’s level of maturity are sustainably empowered and raised to a new level of development overall.
These are the primary factors driving demand for cbs’s solutions on SAP software. Realizing value-adding innovations, for example using artificial intelligence, in a manageable timeframe throughout the entire company – this consulting expertise is what sets cbs apart. The switch to the new SAP software generation with S/4HANA in a cloud architecture continues to be at the heart of the projects that cbs focuses on.
CEO Rainer Wittwen: “20 percent growth – given the economic situation, this is once again an outstanding result and remarkable in the industry. We are aware of the tense situation, especially among our German-speaking global market leaders, and share their concerns. The uncertainty and growing reticence in the industrial market will have an impact on the 2025 financial year. However, we will of course continue to support our industrial customers in addressing important future issues and implementing the necessary innovations in a profitable way.”
cbs continues to grow internationally. In addition to demand in the European core market (DACH region), there was above-average international growth in the USA and Southeast Asia in 2024. Transformation services are in demand there, and sales in the branches increased accordingly.
Managing Director Stefan Risse: “We continue to see great growth opportunities for our local direct business, particularly in the USA and Asia. Looking ahead, we remain optimistic despite the geopolitical tensions and gloomy economic expectations.”
Globalization continues at cbs. cbs is further expanding its global presence. New branches have been established in Romania, Brazil, the Philippines and China. Above all in the international environment, cbs intends to continue its above-average growth
