Thankfully, I chanced upon the cbs Graduates Programme through Jamal, the cbs HR Generalist, with the help of my university. Without any prior understanding of SAP, I gained incomparable knowledge and valuable experience after participating in this programme.

With the help of reliable mentors at cbs, this Graduates Programme helps to develop and equip new graduates with the necessary SAP knowledge and skill sets to succeed in the organisation. I learned that technology had paved the way for the world, and SAP skills are in high demand, especially in the supply chain industry.

My biggest takeaway from this programme is “Do not ever restrict yourself based on modules”. The overall sessions of cbs Graduates Programme allowed me to understand how each module integrated and interacted with one another. I realised how important it was to understand SAP as a whole, but not as a separate module. In such a way, I can also have a good grasp of my modules and understand the needs and concerns of customers simultaneously.

It’s always a warm-hearted moment, where I feel welcomed and supported as a part of the cbs family. With the cbs Graduates Programme, all instructors are extremely accommodating and enthusiastic in leading us by leveraging their superior knowledge. When I have work-related questions or queries, there is always a supportive hand for me, and I can reach out quickly to any of my colleagues in the company, even just in a casual conversation or call. It makes me feel like cbs honestly cares for each of its graduates.

As a new full-fledged consultant at cbs, I always strive to become a good specialist, along with my career development, able to achieve outstanding performance and add value to every project that I’m involved. Soon, I hope to inspire and enlighten the following graduates, just like my mentor has stirred me in the programme and my current project. Huge thanks to cbs!
