Expectations and Tasks:

• Implementation of complex requirements through customizing in SAP Sales & Distribution

• Customer-specific enhancement of order-to-cash processes in SAP SD

• Support for pricing, delivery, billing, and output determination processes

• Analysis and resolution of functional and technical issues in SAP SD

• Handling 3rd-level support tickets, including process tracking and follow-up

• Creation of functional specifications in collaboration with client key users

• Further development of SAP SD processes (e.g. e-invoicing, IDoc processing, credit management
