"Speed beats perfection": STADA’s innovation plateaus towards an AI-empowered & data-driven business platform on RISE with SAP

With the Horizon transformation programme, STADA is focusing on a selective data transition to SAP S/4HANA in RISE with SAP (Hyperscaler Microsoft). The Western European system serves as a global template into which all ERP landscapes are being successively integrated. The plateau-based, agile “speed beats perfection” approach will unlock added value in finance, supply chain and IT at an early stage, while innovations such as AATP, group reporting, AI scenarios and SAP Fiori will be implemented right from the start. The go-live for Western Europe is planned for Q2 2026.

Carve-out and SAP S/4HANA innovation project in the greenfield approach

How Miele separated its German sales company from the group in record time – and set up a completely new SAP S/4HANA platform in the process: 50 apps in 34 clouds, 400 interfaces, 600 project participants and more than 5 million migrated master data form the basis for a global roll-out in over 40 countries. Project manager Michael Vollmer shows how organisation, change management and technical integration go hand in hand to make sales and production fit for the digital future.

S/4 Public Cloud goes Manufacturing: How H&T realised fully automated 24/7 mass production within 10 months

At the Tesla Gigafactory in Nevada, H&T Recharge supplies 5 million battery casings every day – an estimated 2 billion per year – in 24/7/365 production. Within just ten months, a completely automated production and SD process was created there in the SAP Public Cloud: despite the customer-driven pull principle, a nine-hour time difference and little SAP expertise on site. The presentation shows how remote collaboration and end-to-end automation take mass production to a new level.

SAP RISE and S/4 HANA as catalysts for innovation and finance transformation

Gerresheimer is relying on a hybrid cloud strategy with Formula Finance: within three years, all sites will migrate from SAP ECC to an SAP S/4HANA private cloud via a lean system conversion, followed by a targeted finance transformation. Pre-projects smooth out the stress curve, while automation and AI in the public/private cloud environment create future added value. The first roll-in system serves as a template for the RISE target architecture and accelerates the subsequent migrations to the digital core.

The SFS Group is driving forward a global SAP S/4HANA transformation by 2025 – with selective migration of 1.4 billion data records and consolidation of several units.
