Tangible Growth Partners with cbs to Deliver Fast Value Enterprise Transformations

[HEIDELBERG / HELSINKI, Dec. 11, 2025] Tangible Growth & cbs Corporate Business Solutions announce their partnership combining strategy execution management with enterprise transformation delivery. The collaboration addresses a persistent challenge in large-scale IT transformation projects: completed projects fail to live up to the projected business outcomes. The new partnership integrates the strategy execution management platform of Tangible Growth with the enterprise transformation expertise of cbs to bring fast-value to customer projects.

A closer look at the new partnership

In cbs transformation projects, Tangible Growth is used by cbs consultants during the customer strategy & key objective definition phases. The results of the discussions are documented as OKR points in the Tangible Growth Platform. The tool is then used for tracking & course-correction during the project lifecycle. “We have been using the OKR methodology successfully for many years now, but never a tool to support the projects. With this partnership we get to change this,” explains Oliver Dorsner, Member of the Executive Board. “With this tool we begin one step ahead of the current SAP toolchain approach. Instead of leading with a process & landscape discussion, we talk about outcomes. It’s a completely different conversation, and one that customers appreciate.”

Having used the OKR methodology internally for many years, cbs decided to conduct an internal pilot of the Tangible Growth platform for its own strategy planning purposes in the Transformation Management organization. After working with the Tangible Growth team and getting to know the tool as part of the pilot, the feedback internally was overwhelmingly positive. The experience cemented the decision for a closer partnership, and the roll-out to other cbs units as part of the 2026 strategy planning is underway.
