cbs is committed to environmental and climate protection and has been climate-neutral since 2023. As a company, we set ourselves measurable goals and take measures to optimize our carbon footprint.
Our employees use the framework that our activities as a consulting firm provide us with in an environmentally conscious and resource-conserving manner. The Power of Orange – The Power of Us: It is all about acting together and creating impact.
A climate-neutral company means that we have recorded our greenhouse gas emissions, are continuously reducing them and have offset the remaining emissions through climate protection projects. This has enabled us ClimatePartner now officially awarded a certificate and the “climate-neutral company” label
confirmed. With the projects we support, we also promote the achievement of global sustainability goals, such as combating poverty and improving living conditions in emerging and developing countries. As a company, we are proud to set a good example on the topic of climate protection. Ultimately, it all comes down to the individual behavior of each and every one of us.
Since 2020, we have been regularly calculating our environmental performance through a certified third-party provider in accordance with the GHG Protocol.
We continuously measure our progress and can inform our stakeholders about our CO₂ value in 2023 (2,349.39 tonnes of CO₂):

EcoVadis is the world's leading provider of sustainability ratings for companies. With a global network of more than 130,000 rated companies, EcoVadis sets standards in the field of corporate sustainability. In July 2024, our sustainability management was rated 66 out of a possible 100 points. This means that cbs has above-average sustainability management and is above the industry average of 54 points. Thanks to our efforts and continuous improvements, we were able to place ourselves in the upper segment of the rating and are now among the top 15% of all rated companies.
