Fast-Track Production Planning

Die Albrecht Jung GmbH & Co. KG stand vor der Herausforderung veralteter Planungstools, eingeschränkter Flexibilität und hoher Betriebskosten. Mit der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA und integriertem ePP/DS schuf cbs eine automatisierte, reaktionsschnelle Planungsumgebung. Die Lösung reduzierte manuelle Planungsaufwände, optimierte die standortübergreifende Sequenzierung und verbesserte die Lieferzuverlässigkeit. Zusätzlich wurden Rüstzeiten durch detaillierte Heuristiken und Blockplanung gesenkt, während Material- und Kapazitätsplanung über alle Werke hinweg synchronisiert wurde. Ergebnis: über 95 % Planungsgenauigkeit, mehr als 90 % Ressourcenauslastung und weniger als 10 Rescheduling-Aktionen pro Woche.

Produktionsplanung & Steuerung mit ePP/DS

Mannesmann nutzte die Transformation auf SAP S/4HANA, um seine Produktionsplanung grundlegend zu modernisieren. Ziel war es, zukunftssichere Prozesse und eine State-of-the-Art-Technologie für Planung und Steuerung einzuführen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde die bestehende APO-Landschaft auf ePP/DS umgestellt und die Prozesse in der S/4-Transition optimiert. Zusätzlich entwickelte cbs kundenspezifische Alternativen für gATP-Funktionalitäten und integrierte angrenzende Systeme wie EWM, MES und PLM. Dank einer NearZero-Downtime-Migration konnte die Umstellung im Big Bang erfolgen, ohne die Produktion zu beeinträchtigen. Das Ergebnis: nahtlose End-to-End-Prozesse mit 1:1-Funktionalität, höhere Planungssicherheit und eine robuste Grundlage für zukünftige Weiterentwicklungen.

Upgrade auf ePP/DS

Pepsi implementierte SAP ePP/DS im Rahmen eines S/4HANA-Projekts, um Planungsprozesse zu optimieren, die Workflow-Effizienz zu steigern und kundenspezifische Automatisierungen sowie Transparenz in der Produktion zu ermöglichen. Mit strukturierten Workflows über individuelle Profile wurde die Planung effizienter gestaltet. Automatisierte Planungsschritte reduzierten den manuellen Aufwand deutlich. Zusätzlich profitiert Pepsi von benutzerdefinierten Sichten, die eine bessere Transparenz im Produktionsalltag schaffen. Durch die vollständige End-to-End-Integration in die Systemlandschaft wurden reibungslose Abläufe und eine höhere Stabilität der Produktionsprozesse erreicht. Damit legte Pepsi die Basis für eine zukunftssichere, transparente und hochautomatisierte Produktionsplanung.
