From a vision of the future to a reality brought to life in customer projects: This year’s Innovation Award clearly demonstrated the importance of AI at cbs.
Each year, the cbs Innovation Award honors projects that create outstanding value for customers through innovative technologies and new approaches. Many of this year’s award-winning projects share a common trait: They are paving the way toward an “Agentic Enterprise,” where artificial intelligence actively supports employees and increasingly autonomously manages business processes. Solutions that use AI to accelerate customer projects and improve quality were also a key focus.
The Audience Award, presented at the cbs Summer Summit, went to cbs ADAM (AI-Driven Active Monitoring). The solution helps users use AI to more quickly understand integration errors, identify their causes, and translate them directly into concrete actions.
