SAP expert joins as Consulting Director and brings broad expertise from 20 years of industry experience
Heidelberg, December 5th, 2023 – cbs is strengthening its consulting offering and bringing Dr. Carl Winter on board. Winter, born in 1972, joins cbs as Consulting Director and will act as a link between the ERP and Transformation business units and the Technology/Digital Architecture division.

He has in-depth knowledge of SAP business and has acquired comprehensive knowledge of SAP strategy, technology, transformations, cloud, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) over two decades. He looked after large industrial customers and global corporations, continuously developed accounts and was responsible for the organization’s presales and processes. His other successes include setting up and managing global delivery and support teams.
In addition to his professional activities, Winter has been an external lecturer for IT management and IT service management at SRH University Heidelberg for several years. He also supervises and actively contributes to academic development in this field.
