On June 18–19, this year’s cbs Summer Summit brought colleagues from across practices and regions together. The event once again highlighted the strong sense of unity and the international strength of cbs.
What happens when nearly 1,000 of the cbs colleagues come together for two days of knowledge sharing, socializing and strategic insights? A Summer Summit full of energy and the unmistakable Power of Orange.
The Summer Summit opened with the Competence Day, which featured over 60 sessions and provided an opportunity to share ideas. The day concluded with the legendary Summer Night, where colleagues came together to connect and enjoy the cbs spirit in full swing.
At the Corporate Summit, CEO Rainer Wittwen shared key updates on the company’s development and strategic direction. cbs is on a strong growth trajectory, driven by its ability to deliver Fast Value Business Transformations and a portfolio that stands out through its unique depth and breadth. A central topic throughout the summit was Artificial Intelligence. From customer projects to the growing internal use of AI, many sessions and discussions demonstrated how cbs is already shaping the agentic enterprise of tomorrow. Additionally, the cbs Innovation Awards once again showcased innovation in practice. The team behind ADAM – AI-Driven Active Monitoring, received the prestigious Audience Voting Award.

cbs also welcomed several distinguished guests: Dr. René Rüdinger, CFO of parent company Materna; Anja Schneider, SVP and Head of Customer Engagement & Adoption MEE at SAP, as well as speaker and coach Eileen Jacobs. Their contributions provided valuable external perspectives and enriched the discussions at the summit.
